BLIND SPOT WARNING WITH LANE CHANGE ASSIST* (BSW WITH LCA)
When a vehicle is detected within your blind spot (behind you in the adjacent lane within 70 meters) a warning signal illuminates on the side-view mirror, subtly notifying you. While signaling a lane change, the system also adds an auditory alert. Operational at speeds above 10 km/h, the system’s effectiveness depends on the relative speed of your and the adjacent vehicles.
*Not available in the 2.4 PRIME model.
FORWARD COLLISION MITIGATION SYSTEM (FCM)
To elevate your safety, the system diligently assesses the distance between your vehicle and the one ahead. If a risk of collision is present, it promptly warns you and assists with deceleration. In addition, it increases braking fluid pressure to improve braking performance, effectively mitigating the potential for a collision.
REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT* (RCTA)
The system gives you a warning signal on the side-view mirror if it detects a moving object behind the car while you are reversing out of a parking spot.
