Demonstrating its commitment to automotive innovation and sustainability, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand recently participated in the Sustainable Energy Technology Asia 2024 (SETA 2024), the premier energy trade show that focuses on showcasing innovative technologies and solutions that are crucial for building a smart energy future and facilitating energy transition.


In line with the concept ‘Low Carbon and Sustainable ASEAN Economy’ that aims to unify energy and mobility, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand exhibited its Mitsubishi Motors-ness philosophy that offers unique superior driving experience with exceptional drivability, comfort, cutting-edge and advanced safety technologies, and eco-friendliness.


Leading this display was the Mitsubishi XPANDER HEV and Mitsubishi XPANDER CROSS HEV, Thailand's first seven-seater crossover HEV and the automaker’s first full-hybrid vehicle featuring Mitsubishi e:MOTION (Electrified MOTION). Mitsubishi e:MOTION is the culmination of a powerful, PHEV-derived HEV System for superior power with maximum fuel efficiency, seven drive modes to tackle any terrain with safety and Active Yaw Control (AYC) that provides superior cornering dynamics.

Mr. Kazuaki Iwamoto, Corporate Officer of Mitsubishi Motors Corporation also shared his visions under the topic “Mitsubishi Motors’ Initiative Toward Carbon Neutrality Utilizing BEV and PHEV” at the Mobility Forum session as a part of Sustainable Mobility Asia 2024 (SMA 2024).


Moreover, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand, represented by Mr. Shin Kubo (right), Executive Vice President, Corporate and Global Unit also received the “Best Green Mobility Award” from Dr. Sarawut Kaewtathip, Director General Department of Energy Business, Ministry of Energy, at the SETA and Sustain Asia Week 2024 Award Presentation Ceremony
