Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Reaffirms Customer Confidence with Readiness of Exceptional Sales and Aftersales Services through Its Extensive Network of 194 Dealerships Nationwide
Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd. clarifies its plan to adjust its dealership network and service centers to ensure accurate understanding and reaffirm customer confidence in Mitsubishi Motors brand.
Mr. Sarote Maartlert, Executive Vice President of Sales & Aftersales, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., stated, “Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has a roadmap for Dealerships Network Management, in alignment with the company’s business strategy. This includes opening new dealerships and closing some to align with our business plans and market conditions in each region. Various factors are taken into consideration for these decisions, such as the readiness and capabilities of dealers and the market potential of each area. These actions aim to enhance efficiency and provide superior services to all Mitsubishi Motors customers nationwide. The recent closure of Mitsu Republic in the Rangsit area (effective 1 December 2024), does not impact Mitsubishi Motors Thailand’s business operations. Customers in the Rangsit area can continue using services at Mitsu Rungcharoen, Talad Thai Branch, a major dealer that has been in operation for many years, or at Mitsu Able, Rangsit-Navanakorn Branch, a prominent dealership located nearby that recently expanded and began operations on 1 October 2024, in alignment with the company’s original business roadmap."
Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has been operating in Thailand for over 63 years. Its manufacturing and assembly facilities, located in the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, form the largest production hub outside of Japan under Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. The plants in Thailand produce vehicles for both domestic sales and exports to over 120 countries worldwide. As of 3 December 2024, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has a robust network of 194 dealerships nationwide, all equipped to provide comprehensive sales and aftersales services, including genuine spare parts. The company remains committed to introducing new products to the Thai market, with launch plans in the next year, while continuing to prioritize the enhancement of aftersales services. These efforts are guided by the company’s slogan for aftersales services, “Rao Doo Lae…Khun Khae Kab” (We take care…you just drive).
