Mitsubishi Motors Thailand Honored as “Best Automotive Manufacture & Export Brand” by Thai Automotive Journalist Association (TAJA)

BANGKOK – November 18, 2024: Ms. Ritsuko Kaneko (left), Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Innovation, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., recently received the“Best Automotive Manufacture & Export Brand” Award from Mr. Surasak Jarinthong, President of Thai Automotive Journalist Association (TAJA), at Thailand Car & Motorcycle Marketing Awards 2024 Ceremony held at The HALLS Bangkok.

 

Upon receiving the award, Ms. Kaneko stated, “We are grateful and honored that Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has been recognized as the ‘Best Automotive Manufacture & Export Brand.’  Up until now, we have produced more than seven million units of Mitsubishi automobiles, with 80 percent destined for export to over 120 countries worldwide. Mitsubishi Motors Thailand commenced its operations in Thailand in 1961. Currently, the company has a production capacity of over 400,000 vehicles per year, producing five models: MITSUBISHI XPANDER HEV, MITSUBISHI XPANDER CROSS HEV, MITSUBISHI TRITON, MITSUBISHI PAJERO SPORT, MITSUBISHI ATTRAGE, and MITSUBISHI MIRAGE.
